This modern house is suitable for 10 persons and consists of three floors. You enter the hall and there you will find the entrance to the living room. The living room is a beautifully lit space with a modern kitchen, a cozy sitting area with a gas fireplace, a spacious table and an attractive living room. The spacious and modern kitchen is fully equipped, such as a gas stove with oven, combination microwave and dishwasher. In the living room you will find the second attractive gas fireplace and through the sliding doors you reach the spacious terrace that is located around the house.

On the first floor are four bedrooms with box-spring beds. There is a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and there is also a separate bathroom on the first floor with shower, separate bath, toilet and sink.

This house is completed by the space on the ground floor, the basement. There is also a relax area with a spacious sofa and smart TV. The 5th bedroom with private bathroom is also realized on this floor. The sauna is also located here for optimal relaxation. You can also reach the low-lying terrace via the sliding doors from this floor. Here is an outdoor shower.
