This octagonal bungalow provides a playful layout. The living room has a high ceiling which creates a spacious and cosy feeling. There is an inviting lounge area which is arranged around the cosy fireplace. The South facing terrace can be reached via the living room thorugh the French doors.

The new, open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, combination microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee machine. Three bedrooms are located at the ground floor which have their own sink. Through the hallway you enter the bathroom and 2 bedrooms, the largest bedroom is accessible through the living room. There is a separate toilet in the hall.

The center of Hollum with its (heated) terraces, restaurants and shops is only a 20-minute walk away. The lighthouse and the beautiful beach and dunes can be reached within 5 minutes by bike. The villages Buren and Nes are 10 to 12 kilometers away. The nearest supermarket is 1.5 km from the house.
